Company Information Disclosure |China Company Information Reporting

In China,the registered enterprise information shall be disclosed within 20 working days from the information generation date.Enterprise disclosed information shall be randomly checked.

According to China Regulation, the State Administrtion for Market Regulation("AMR") shall disclose the corporate information generated during their performance of duties to the public through the Disclosure System.

This information includes business registration and record filing, chattel mortgage registration, equity pledge registration, administrative penalty and the others in accordance with the law, which shall be disclosed by AMR to the public within 20 working days from the information generation date.

Apart from the AMR, other government departments shall disclose the enterprise information to the public, which includes approvals, changes and continuous information, administrative penalty and the others in accordance with the law.

As mentioned in the Regulation, the AMR and other Government departments shall establish coordinated response mechanism in accordance with the national overall requirements for the construction of Social Credit Information Platform so as to realize the interconnecting and sharing of enterprise information.
